Thank you for conjuring something from Hexed and Hearsed. We strive to ensure your order arrives swiftly and safely from our crypt to your coffin.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Time: Standard Shipping 8-10 business days.

For orders with multiple shipments, we'll send a separate email for each shipment.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unholy forces beyond our control.

International Shipping
No, we do NOT currently ship worldwide! 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If you received your order and are missing item(s), please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.

Hexed and Hearsed is not responsible for Missing, Stolen, Lost or Tampered packages.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your order was marked delivered by the carrier but you have not received it:

  1. Double check the shipping address on your order—if it’s missing an apartment number or has a missing digit somewhere, your package was likely delivered to the wrong address and you should contact the carrier for more information.
  2. Check with your neighbor(s) to see if they may be holding it for you.
  3. Wait 2 days—it can take this long for a carrier to correct their mistake.
